Your first session is two hours long. Subsequent sessions are ninety minutes long. We discuss the issue which you want to improve. You talk a bit about your life, your goals, your challenges, your traumas. Then we proceed to the hypnosis portion of the appointment. In the hypnosis session you are in a state of focused awareness, relaxed, alert, and in control! In fact, you can even ask to use the restroom in the middle of hypnosis! The session is usually beautiful, comforting and, often, inspirational. You gain insight. You see possibility and purpose. You discover abilities and determination and resources you didn’t realize you possessed. The session is recorded and you listen to the recording daily. This helps you to reinforce the positive insights you have made in the session – and to integrate them into ACTION in your daily life. (Additionally, by listening regularly, you need fewer sessions.)
